I’m overflowing with happiness as I reflect on a recent session that truly touched my heart. Join me as I share the magic of my partnership with Variety Children's Charity and the incredible children who stole the spotlight during our special photo shoot.

Variety KC holds a special place in my heart, and I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to work with them and support their mission of inclusivity and empowerment. Through their tireless efforts, they provide children with diverse abilities the chance to shine, to be celebrated, and to be seen for the remarkable individuals they are.

During our recent session, I had the honor of photographing a group of children with a wide range of abilities, each more beautiful and unique than the last. From dressing up in costumes to striking silly poses, their joy and spirit lit up the room, filling it with warmth and love.

What struck me most was the way these children embraced the spotlight, radiating confidence and happiness with every click of my camera. They reminded me that all people, regardless of their needs, deserve to be seen in kind and loving ways, given opportunities to thrive, and showered with love and acceptance.

As I looked through the photos from our session, I couldn’t help but smile at the incredible bond shared between these children and their families. It was a reminder of the power of love and community, and the beauty that can be found in embracing our differences.

Through my partnership with Variety KC, I’ve had the privilege of meeting some truly amazing people – children, families, and volunteers alike – who inspire me every day with their strength, resilience, and unwavering positivity.

So, to all the incredible children I’ve had the pleasure of photographing through Variety KC, and to the amazing team behind the scenes, thank you. Thank you for reminding me of the importance of kindness, acceptance, and the joy that comes from embracing life’s beautiful diversity.
